Blue Yoga Nyla

I had always heard of this “amazing yoga place”. But I had no idea how truly amazing it was until I walked thru their doors and met the owner (and her cool pup). Blue Yoga Nyla was founded to be a safe place for all levels of yoga. They have a huge heart for the “walking wounded” and crave to cater to the health of the body AND mind.
